Book 30 minutes
Home Services

Three services. Any mix of the three.

Most projects start as one of these and quietly become two. A rebuild uncovers a mail problem; a mail problem uncovers three hours a week of copy-and-paste. You don't need to know which box you're in before you call.

Pricing is always presented as two or three options with the tradeoffs written down, after a free 30-minute consultation, never as a single take-it-or-leave-it number.

When the site isn't bringing in work

Web Development

Modern sites built to convert and stay easy to update.

We build sites that look sharp, load fast, and stay manageable. Whether it's a brand-new site or a focused rebuild, we handle strategy, design direction, content structure, and the technical foundation so you can stay focused on running the business.

The stack is deliberately simple: a modern framework, analytics, and SEO groundwork that supports local search without bloated tooling. If you want a partner who takes you from idea to launch and then keeps the site improving, this is where we start.

One thing we'll push back on: a redesign that only changes the appearance. If the site isn't bringing work in, the fix is usually structural: what it says first, how fast it says it, and whether there's an obvious next step.

What's included

  • Mobile-first design, fast load times, and calls to action that are easy to find.
  • SEO-ready structure that supports local search visibility.
  • Messaging, layout, and conversion strategy specific to your business.
  • Help organizing and polishing your text and images.
  • Lead-generation pages, service sites, and booking flows.
  • Domain setup, SSL, and go-live support.
  • Ongoing maintenance, security updates, and performance tuning.

Infrastructure

Email, domains, security, and reliability handled end to end.

Reliable infrastructure is what keeps everything else running. We set up and manage the technical essentials most small businesses would rather not think about, from mail that always delivers to domains configured the right way.

We start by reviewing what you already have. That usually turns up hidden risk: a domain still pointing at a vendor you left two years ago, an admin account nobody can log into, backups that have been silently failing, mail authentication that was never finished. We map the gaps, build a clean plan, and keep it running.

The deliverable that matters most is documentation. You should always know what you own, where it lives, and who can change it, whether or not you stay with us.

What's included

  • Email infrastructure setup with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC alignment.
  • DNS cleanup, domain configuration, and deliverability fixes.
  • Custom-domain mail, so it's you@yourbusiness.com rather than a Gmail address.
  • Secure access control, backups, and monitoring.
  • Performance tuning, deployment workflows, and reliability reviews.
  • Written documentation of the whole setup, handed to you.

Custom Solutions & Automation

Practical automation and integrations sized to your team.

When off-the-shelf tools fall short, we build what removes friction from the day-to-day. You get a focused build that matches your actual workflow and helps the team move faster, without adding a platform to administer.

We map the workflow before writing anything, because the most common mistake in automation is automating a step that should have been deleted. Delivery stays lean and collaborative, using modern frameworks and secure APIs, and we stop at the point where more engineering would cost more than the problem.

If the honest answer is “a spreadsheet and a better habit would fix this,” that's the answer you'll get.

What's included

  • Workflow mapping, then automation of the manual steps worth removing.
  • Integrations between the tools you already pay for, so data stays in sync.
  • Dashboards, portals, and internal tools built for your team.
  • Secure APIs and data flows that scale as you grow.
  • Documentation and support so it stays reliable long term.
  • Custom internal tools.
  • Client portals.

On pricing

We don't publish a price list, and here's why.

A number on a page is either high enough to cover the worst case or low enough to need an asterisk. Neither helps you plan. Cost depends on your goals, your timeline, and how much content already exists. A five-page service site with copy written is not the same job as a rebuild with photography, migration, and a booking flow.

What we can promise is the shape of the answer: after one free call you get two or three options, each with a real number and the tradeoffs spelled out. You'll know what the cheap version gives up and what the expensive version buys.

Rough shape of a typical project

Step 1
Free 30-minute consultation. You commit to nothing.
Step 2
2–3 written options with pricing and tradeoffs.
Step 3
Build. Most small-business sites launch 2–4 weeks after approval.
Step 4
Optional maintenance plan: 24-hour response, issues fixed at no extra charge.
